These policies explain licensing, support, privacy, billing, and refund terms for Neon.Computer products.

Terms of service
Use each license on the sites included in your plan.
Each paid plan includes a defined number of active sites. You may deactivate old sites before activating new ones, as long as the license remains active and is used by the original purchaser or their organization.
Licenses may not be resold, shared publicly, bundled into unrelated products, or used to provide a competing hosted service without written permission.
Access to paid features depends on an active license and successful license validation through the Neon.Computer support hub.
Neon.Computer may suspend or terminate license access for unpaid invoices, chargebacks, abuse, security risk, public sharing of license keys, or use that violates these terms.
Billing and cancellation
Checkout terms are shown before purchase.
Some products are sold as subscriptions and some are sold as one-time bundles. Prices, plan limits, taxes, purchase type, and any renewal dates are shown during checkout and in Stripe-hosted billing records.
Subscription customers can manage payment methods, invoices, renewals, and cancellations through the billing portal. One-time bundle customers can use the Support Hub for receipts, license recovery, refund questions, or checkout issues.
If a payment fails, license status may become past due, inactive, or canceled until billing is resolved. Paid features may be limited while a subscription or purchased license is not active.
Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, and third-party payment fees are controlled by Stripe, banks, card networks, or local tax rules and may appear separately where applicable.
Privacy policy
We collect only what is needed to license, support, and improve the product.
The support hub stores the customer email, license key, plan, site URL, activation status, Stripe identifiers, ticket details, and technical context submitted with support requests.
Payment details are handled by Stripe. Neon.Computer does not store full card numbers. Email delivery is handled through Resend for license and support notifications.
Support records are used to provide licensing, account help, troubleshooting, product communication, and abuse prevention. Customers can request correction, deletion, or anonymization of support ticket data by opening a support request from the same email address used on the ticket.
Operational logs, license records, billing identifiers, and support records may be retained as needed for tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, product operations, and legal obligations.
Neon.Computer does not sell customer support data. Data may be processed by service providers needed to run the business, including hosting, Stripe, Resend, analytics, security, and infrastructure providers.
Refund policy
Initial purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Renewals, partial billing periods, and future upgrade terms are not refundable except for billing errors, duplicate charges, or unresolved technical failures that prevent normal product use.
If something is not working, open a support request first so the issue can be reviewed. We will help resolve the issue or confirm whether the purchase qualifies for a refund.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe when possible. License access may be canceled after a refund is issued.
Support scope
Support covers setup, licensing, billing, and reproducible product issues.
Standard support includes installation questions, license activation, Search Console connection guidance, billing questions, confirmed bugs, and workflow guidance for the product.
Custom SEO strategy, custom development, unrelated hosting problems, data entry, and third-party plugin conflicts that cannot be reproduced are outside standard support.
Acceptable use
Use Neon.Computer products responsibly.
Customers may not use Neon.Computer products or support systems to break laws, attack systems, send spam, abuse APIs, overload infrastructure, upload malicious content, bypass license checks, or interfere with other customers.
Customers are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the websites, Google Search Console properties, API keys, data, and content they connect to a product.
Third-party services
Some features depend on outside platforms.
Product features may connect with services such as WordPress, Google Search Console, OpenAI, Stripe, Resend, hosting providers, email providers, and other customer-selected tools. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, limits, outages, and privacy practices.
Neon.Computer is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, account restrictions, data availability, quota limits, or customer configuration errors outside Neon.Computer systems.
Warranty and liability
Products are provided as software tools, not guaranteed outcomes.
Neon.Computer products are provided as-is and as-available to help with workflows, analysis, and content operations. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic recovery, revenue results, uninterrupted service, or compatibility with every hosting environment or third-party plugin.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Neon.Computer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product during the 12 months before the claim.
Response times
Support requests are reviewed on business days.
Most license, billing, setup, and reproducible bug requests receive an initial response within 1-2 business days. Complex compatibility issues may take longer if they require reproduction or additional technical details.
Submitting your license key, site URL, plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version, screenshots, and the exact steps to reproduce the issue helps speed up resolution.
Policy changes
Updates are posted on this page.
Neon.Computer may update these policies as products, licensing, support processes, or legal requirements change. The current version on this page applies to new purchases and support requests unless a written agreement says otherwise.
If any part of these policies is unenforceable, the remaining sections still apply. These policies do not reduce any non-waivable rights customers may have under applicable law.
